The agreement between you and Élure Aromas when you use this site or place an order.
Using this website.
By browsing this site or placing an order you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site. You must be able to enter a contract under Indian law to order from us.
All content on this site, including text, photography, the Élure Aromas name and the logo, belongs to us and may not be reproduced commercially without written permission.
How an order is formed.
An order is an offer to buy. The contract is formed when we confirm dispatch. Until then we may decline or cancel an order, for example where stock has run out, where a price or description was published in error, or where an order looks fraudulent. Anything already paid is refunded in full in that case.
- 01Prices are in Indian Rupees and include applicable GST unless stated otherwise at checkout.
- 02Shipping is charged at checkout based on the destination pincode, and may be complimentary above the stated order value.
- 03Prices, offers and product availability may change without notice, but never after an order is confirmed.
- 04Product photography is representative. Natural materials may vary slightly in tone between batches.
Estimates, not guarantees.
Delivery dates shown on product pages come from live courier data for your pincode and are estimates. Delays caused by weather, strikes, public holidays or courier operations are outside our control, though we will always help you chase a shipment.
Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. Please check the parcel on arrival.
Replacement for damage on arrival.
Because fragrance is a hygiene-sensitive product, opened or used items cannot be returned or exchanged, and we do not accept returns based on preference.
Where an order arrives damaged, leaking or incorrect, we replace it. Claims must reach us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the outer packaging and the bottle. The full process is set out on the shipping and returns page.
Fragrance is worn at your discretion.
Our compositions are alcohol-free, vegan and cruelty-free, and are formulated for external use on skin only. Keep them away from eyes, do not ingest, and store away from direct heat and sunlight.
Individual skin reacts differently to natural and aromatic materials. If you have sensitive skin or a known allergy, patch test on the inner arm first and discontinue use if irritation appears. Nothing on this site is medical advice.
Liability and jurisdiction.
Our liability in connection with any order is limited to the amount paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, to the extent permitted by law. Nothing here limits rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute. We may update these terms, and the version published here is the one in force.
