Shipping
- How long will my order take?
- It depends on your pincode. Orders leave us within two working days, and the delivery checker on every product page reads live courier data to show the estimated delivery date for your address. Read the shipping policy
- Do you ship outside India?
- Not yet. We currently ship within India only, and every order is packed double-boxed for road transit.
- Is cash on delivery available?
- Wherever the courier serving your pincode supports it. The delivery checker on the product page tells you before you order.
Returns
- Can I return a fragrance I did not like?
- No. Fragrance is hygiene-sensitive, so opened or used bottles cannot be returned or exchanged, and we do not accept returns based on preference.
- What if it arrives damaged?
- We replace it. Write to contact@elurearomas.in within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photographs of the outer packaging and the bottle, and we arrange a replacement at no cost.
The fragrances
- How long does the fragrance last?
- Glacier, Amber Noir and The Voyage Duo: Longevity: up to 12 hours. Varies from person to person. Violettea and Velour d'Amour: Longevity: up to 24 hours. Varies from person to person.
- What does alcohol-free actually mean here?
- The compositions are built on an oil base rather than a spirit base. Nothing flashes off in the first minutes, so the scent sits on the skin and unfolds slowly instead of projecting hard and fading.
- Are they vegan and cruelty-free?
- Yes. No animal-derived materials and no animal testing at any point, from raw material to finished bottle. Everything is blended, aged and bottled in small batches in India.
- Will it suit sensitive skin?
- Concentrations are kept measured and materials are selected for close, repeated wear. Skin still varies, so if you know you react to aromatic materials, patch test on the inner arm first.
- How should I wear and store it?
- Apply to pulse points on clean skin and leave it alone rather than rubbing it in. Keep the bottle upright, away from direct sunlight and heat.
Choosing
- Legacy or Voyage?
- Legacy is the 50ml format, made for a signature you wear daily and keep on a dresser. Voyage is the same house language at 20ml, sized for a coat pocket and a week away. See Legacy See Voyage
- Which one should I start with?
- If you want to know the house before committing, start with the Voyage Duo: Glacier for daylight and travel, Amber Noir for the evening, boxed together.
- Can I try before buying?
- Every product page carries the full note pyramid and an honest description of how the composition behaves through the day. For a smaller commitment, the 20ml Voyage editions are the shortest way in.
